Production Process

Our White Grappa is produced through discontinuous distillation in copper alembics, using the pomace of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes grown near Lake Garda. After distillation, the grappa is aged in inert stainless steel tanks, allowing its natural aromas and purity to shine without interference from wood.
This method ensures a grappa that is clean, expressive, and true to its varietal origins.
